Qwen2.5-Math-1.5B (GGUF Q4_K_M) writes step-by-step solutions with LaTeX boxed answers, grounded by RAG over GSM8K, Hendrycks MATH, Rosen Discrete Math and OpenStax via nomic-embed-text and chromem-go. CPU-only llama.cpp with a Go HTTP API, Bubble Tea TUI and Wails desktop.

Impact

Runs at ~1.1GB peak RSS under a 7GB budget at ~13.5 tok/s on integrated graphics. No GPU, no cloud API fees.
